There are a few things that we women keep. Breasts are one of those things. A firm bust makes us more confident just as a toned body makes us feel better. Pectorals help and assist in lifting and hand movements. Although no effect on breast tissue, exercising and toning your chest muscles, visibly improves the bust line.
Exercise 1 for firm breasts: Pressure
Applying pressure is the simplest exercise for your bust. Stand straight facing the wall and lean on it with your hands. Click on the wall as hard as you can, like you wants to move. Push for 10 seconds, then relax shake hands. Do one set of 10 repetitions.
Exercise 2 to lift breasts: Touching elbows
Stand straight, bend your elbows and put your hands on your hip. Try to touch your elbows back. Do not do it suddenly, but slowly, stretching your muscles for 10-15 seconds.
You bring your arms in the chest, elbow bend, punch punch, push. Put one minute and push so hard as you can.
